Food
Food is the raw material for your hormones. Every meal either supports your balance or works against it, so we start with your plate.

Clinical nutrition care
Every case follows the same clinical sequence — consultation, assessment, an individualised therapeutic plan, then follow-up that revises it. Nothing here is a diet chart handed over once.
A one-to-one appointment with your clinical dietitian — online or in-clinic. Presenting complaints, health and nutrition history, current diagnoses and the medication you are already on.
Dietary intake, anthropometry and nutritional status assessed together with your medical and laboratory reports where you have them — thyroid panel, HbA1c, lipids, ferritin, vitamin D and B12, hormone profile.
A plan written for your condition, your reports and your kitchen — designed to work alongside your doctor’s prescription, never in place of it. No template, no fixed chart.
Scheduled follow-up consultations to review symptoms, intake, adherence and any fresh reports. Progress is read against your clinical parameters, not only the scale.
The plan is revised as your numbers and symptoms move, with support between consultations. Where it helps your case, we coordinate with your treating doctor.
Who we work with
Most of our clients arrive with a diagnosis already in hand — PCOS or PCOD, a thyroid disorder, diabetes or insulin resistance, dyslipidaemia, hypertension, or a deficiency picked up on a blood panel. What they get here is nutrition management for that condition, assessed and revised over time.
The Science of Balance
Most advice treats symptoms one at a time. A pill for thyroid. A diet for weight. But your body is one system.
Food is the raw material for your hormones. Every meal either supports your balance or works against it, so we start with your plate.
When it breaks → inflammation spikes, insulin rises
Most of your serotonin is made in your gut. What you eat doesn't just change your body, it changes how you feel.
When it breaks → anxiety, emotional eating, low energy
The right movement at the right point in your cycle heals. The wrong timing does the opposite.
When it breaks → cortisol rises, metabolism stalls
Hormones govern weight, energy, skin and sleep. They answer to the three above, so fix those and your hormones follow.
When it breaks → PCOS, thyroid issues, irregular cycles
The core principle
When one fails, all four suffer.
When one heals, all four recover.
Diagnostic intelligence
The symptom check
Your symptoms are signals. Tick whatever has been going on these last few months and we read the pattern across our areas of focus — which ones your answers keep pointing at, and what to raise on a consultation.
Stop guessing. Start knowing.
A considered starting point for your consultation. Not a diagnosis.
Conditions we manage
Thirteen conditions and four life stages, each managed from its own mechanism — plus three everyday areas where good nutrition is simply good nutrition.
Not sure which one fits?
Our impact
Five thousand clients across ten countries, and the same clinical sequence behind every one of them: read the reports, assess the nutritional picture, write the therapeutic plan, then revise it at follow-up.
I finally stopped starting over every Monday. The plan fit my work travel and home food — no fancy ingredients. My energy is steadier and I feel in control around food again.

Why choose us
Three things separate clinical nutrition care from general diet advice: what is read before anything is written, what the plan is actually treating, and whether anyone reviews it again.
Your health and nutrition history, your current medication and diagnoses, and your latest laboratory reports — read together before a single meal is written. No template, and no fixed chart sold twice.
The plan targets the condition being managed — insulin resistance, thyroid function, blood sugar, lipids, blood pressure, a documented deficiency — and is written to work alongside your prescription, not around it.
Scheduled follow-up consultations review symptoms, adherence and fresh reports, and the plan is modified against them. Same dietitian and same protocol whether you sit in the Pune clinic or join from another timezone.
Who we are
Most women who come to me have already followed a plan that worked beautifully for somebody else. That is not a willpower problem — it is a fit problem.
My team and I combine clinical training with a deep understanding of women's hormonal health — PCOS/PCOD, thyroid, blood sugar and cycle-related symptoms — so your plan is built for your body, your kitchen and your routine, and still works in month six.
