Overview
Understand the mechanism once, and stop guessing.
The course explains the mechanisms — how insulin, cortisol, thyroid, oestrogen and progesterone pull on each other, what a cycle needs in order to run, and where the gut and liver fit in. It is written to make you a better-informed participant in your own care, so a consultation with any clinician is a better conversation. It does not diagnose anything and it cannot replace a clinical consultation.
This is for you if…
- You want to understand a PCOS, PCOD, thyroid or insulin-resistance diagnosis you already have
- Your cycles are irregular, with acne, hair fall, weight swings or mood swings
- You are preparing your body for conception, or for hormonal stability
- You want to finally understand how your hormones, gut and mind work together

The curriculum
Six things you will know by the end.
Delivered across twelve recorded chapters with voiceovers and visual slides, plus the tools to act on each one.
-
How to balance the five hormones that matter
Insulin, cortisol, thyroid, oestrogen and progesterone — what each one does, how they pull on each other, and which one to address first when several are off.
-
How to improve ovulation and cycle regularity
What a cycle needs in order to run: adequate energy, stable blood sugar and the nutrients ovulation depends on. Why restriction so often stalls it.
-
How to reset gut and liver for hormone clearance
Hormones are cleared through the liver and the gut. A step-by-step process for both, and why sluggish digestion means more recirculation rather than less.
-
How to calm the nervous system
Chronic stress keeps cortisol high, and high cortisol crowds out everything downstream. Practical work on sleep, stress and emotional eating.
-
How to sync food and habits with your cycle
Follicular and luteal phases have different needs. How to match food, supplements and movement to the phase instead of running flat all month.
-
The daily and weekly routines that hold it
An AM–PM structure and a weekly rhythm, so the reset becomes how you live rather than a phase you finish and lose.
What lands in your inbox
Seven tools, not just seven videos.
-
Hormone-balancing meal plans
Vegetarian, eggetarian and non-vegetarian options, built from food you already cook.
-
Diet plan collection
General collections focused on PCOS, liver and gut support — not a plan written for your reports.
-
Supplement guide
With durations and clear explanations of what each one is for.
-
Blood test list
What to ask your own doctor for, so you can track progress with them. Nothing is ordered or interpreted through this course.
-
Cycle-syncing charts
Trackers and lifestyle checklists you can actually keep up with.
-
Daily hormone-support routine
A practical AM–PM guide, so you know what the day should look like.
-
Emotional healing tools
For nervous system regulation and the eating patterns stress drives.
Why this course
Hormonal balance is the foundation, not a side effect.
-
It is the base for everything else
Fertility, metabolism and day-to-day wellbeing all sit on top of hormonal and metabolic balance. Understanding it makes the rest easier to follow.
-
It goes at causes, not symptoms
PCOS, period pain and hormonal symptoms have mechanisms behind them. The course teaches the mechanism — what you then do about your own case is what a clinical consultation is for.
-
You learn to nourish, not restrict
How to build a body that works with you, rather than one you are constantly fighting with less food.
- Recorded chaptersDetailed voiceovers and visual slides
- Downloadable toolsTrackers, charts, diet charts and PDFs
- Lifetime accessRevisit any lesson, at your own pace

Questions
Before you enrol.
How soon do I get access?
Access details are emailed within 24 hours of successful payment. If nothing has arrived after that, write to thedietarydoctor@gmail.com and we will sort it out.
Is there a schedule I have to keep up with?
No. It is entirely self-paced and you keep lifetime access, so you can move as fast or as slowly as your week allows and come back to any chapter later.
Do I need blood tests before starting?
Not to begin. The course includes a blood test list so you know what to ask your doctor for — and the chapters make more sense once you can read your own numbers. Tests are ordered and interpreted by your doctor, not by us.
Is this the same as working with a dietitian one-to-one?
No, and it is worth being clear about that. A course teaches you the mechanism and gives you the tools; it cannot read your reports or adjust a plan weekly around your results. If you want that, the one-to-one programmes are the right thing. Plenty of people do the course first and decide afterwards.
Can I get a refund?
No — this is a digital product delivered in full on purchase, so it is non-refundable. Please read what is included above before enrolling, and email us first if you are unsure whether it fits your situation.
I am already pregnant. Is this for me?
This course is built around resetting cycles and preparing for conception, so it is not aimed at pregnancy itself. For that, look at pregnancy care, where nutrition is handled trimester by trimester alongside your obstetrician.

A note on scope. This is education, not individual medical advice. It does not diagnose conditions, replace your doctor, or change any medication you have been prescribed. If you want a plan built from your own reports and revised as you go, that is one-to-one care.
