My Journey

My journey into clinical nutrition began with a deep interest in understanding why many people struggle with recurring health concerns despite trying multiple diets and wellness trends. During my academic training and clinical internship, I witnessed how the right nutritional approach could transform not just physical health, but energy levels, confidence, and overall quality of life.

With a Master's degree in Foods & Human Nutrition and specialized certifications in hormone health, diabetes education, PCOS management, and maternal nutrition, I built my practice around combining medical nutrition therapy with practical lifestyle changes.

Over the years, my experience across clinical and private practice has allowed me to work closely with individuals dealing with hormonal imbalances, metabolic disorders, digestive concerns, and lifestyle-related conditions - helping them move beyond temporary solutions toward long-term health.
