Energy that holds past lunch
Most afternoon crashes are a carbohydrate-heavy meal with nothing to slow it down. Teams learn how to pair a plate so the curve flattens — using the canteen and the tiffin they already have.

Everyday nutrition
Group nutrition education for workplaces, led by a clinical dietitian who spends the rest of her week reading real reports. Energy, blood sugar, stress-driven eating, immunity — and how to read your own health check.
Why it matters
It is blood sugar, hydration, sleep debt and a lunch that was chosen at 1:55pm from whatever was open. Those are all things a team can be taught to fix — once somebody explains the mechanism instead of handing out a fruit basket.
Most afternoon crashes are a carbohydrate-heavy meal with nothing to slow it down. Teams learn how to pair a plate so the curve flattens — using the canteen and the tiffin they already have.
Cortisol changes what people crave and when. We cover the loop explicitly — deadline, craving, sugar, crash — and the two or three interruptions that actually break it.
Half of a wellness budget goes on annual health checks nobody understands. A session on reading your own HbA1c, lipids, vitamin D and thyroid panel turns that report into something actionable.
PCOS, thyroid imbalance and iron deficiency are common, quiet, and rarely on a corporate wellness agenda. Sessions can be scoped for women’s health specifically, or run as a confidential add-on.
Formats
Start with a single session, or run a series across a quarter. The difference between them is how much of it your team gets to practise.
One interactive session on a single theme, with live Q&A. The usual entry point — a wellness week, an offsite, a town hall slot that deserves better than a vendor pitch.
Most asked for
A short curriculum run as a cohort, so habits get built rather than described. Each week has one thing to try, and the next session opens by working through what happened.
A station on your floor for the day: short one-to-one slots, a body-composition and diet screening, and a rolling talk on the hour. Good for reaching the people who never sign up for anything.
For the people whose calendars make a group session impossible. The same one-to-one clinical programme run under the company’s benefits budget, with nothing individual ever reported back.
Group sizes and durations above are the usual shape of each format. Both flex — we confirm the specifics, and the quote, on the scoping call.
Topics
Eight themes, each one a standalone session or a week in the series. Nothing here is a stock deck — the examples come from the food your team actually eats, in the hours they actually work.
How to build a plate that holds for four hours, and why the 4pm biscuit is a symptom of what happened at 1pm.
The physiology behind deadline snacking, plus the interruptions that break the loop without willpower doing all the work.
What genuinely moves immune function — protein, sleep, vitamin D, gut health — and what is being sold to your team.
A shortlist of things that survive a desk, a commute and a canteen, and what to stock if the pantry is company-funded.
HbA1c, lipids, vitamin D, B12, thyroid and liver markers — what each one means, and which number to take to a doctor.
PCOS, thyroid imbalance, iron deficiency and cycle-related fatigue — the conditions that quietly cost the most working days.
Eating on a rotating roster or out of an airport, without the metabolic cost that usually comes with it.
Why so much of the office is uncomfortable after lunch, what fibre actually does, and when it is worth seeing someone.
How it runs
Twenty minutes with you — team size, working hours, what the last wellness initiative did and did not achieve, and what leadership wants out of this one.
A short survey to your team, so the session answers their questions rather than a generic agenda. Responses come back to us aggregated, never attributed.
Format, topics, dates and a fixed quote in writing. Slots are held once you confirm — on-site in Pune, or online for a distributed team in any timezone.
The session itself: interactive, worked through live examples, and open to questions throughout. Anonymous questions collected in the pre-read get answered whether or not anyone speaks up.
Every attendee leaves with a one-page action sheet. You get a short written summary — themes raised, what the team is struggling with, what to consider next — with nothing traceable to an individual.
What you get
A seminar that ends when the projector goes off has not earned its budget line. Every engagement leaves both your team and your HR file with something usable.
Who delivers it
Clinical Dietitian & Hormone Health Expert
A clinical practice, not a speaking career. The examples in every session come from the week’s own consults — which is why they land differently from a deck bought off a wellness platform.
Questions
It depends on the format, the number of sessions and whether it is on-site or online, so there is no single number to quote honestly. Tell us the shape of what you want in the form below and you will have a written, fixed quote — no per-head surprises later.
Yes. Online sessions run on your own platform — Zoom, Meet, Teams — and the practice has clients in over ten countries, so unusual timezones are routine. Only the on-site Wellness Day is Pune-specific.
A keynote works at any size; the interaction is managed through structured Q&A rather than open discussion. Workshops are deliberately capped at around forty per cohort, because past that people stop asking the questions that make the session worth running — larger teams go through in successive cohorts.
No. Anything an employee shares — in a survey, a screening slot or a 1:1 programme — stays between them and the dietitian. What you receive is aggregated and anonymised: the themes, never the people. For sponsored 1:1 programmes, the company sees the invoice and nothing else.
Two to three weeks is comfortable for a single session — enough to run the pre-read survey and tailor the content. A multi-week series is usually planned a month or more out so the dates sit properly in everyone’s calendar. Ask anyway if you are tighter than that; it is sometimes possible.
No. Seminars are education: they explain mechanisms and give practical, general guidance. They do not diagnose anything, replace anyone’s doctor or change prescribed medication. Where an individual clearly needs personal care, we say so and point them to it rather than improvising in a group setting.
Yes — a GST invoice, on your standard procurement and payment terms. If your process needs vendor onboarding documents, send them across with your enquiry and they will come back completed with the proposal.
Request a proposal
Two minutes of detail now saves a round of emails later. You will hear back within one working day with either a proposal or a question or two.
One room, one talk. Seminars teach a group — the mechanism, the numbers, what to do on a Tuesday. Anyone who wants their own reports read and a plan written for them books a clinical consultation, and we say so on the day.
You will hear back within one working day, usually sooner. If it is urgent, call +91 94627 96960.
A note on scope. Corporate seminars are education for a group, not individual medical advice. They do not diagnose conditions, replace anyone’s doctor or alter prescribed medication. Employees who need a plan built from their own reports are pointed to one-to-one care.
